Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During product launches or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and charges are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and address issues may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Address Changes

Review your delivery address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once an order has entered fulfillment, address changes may no longer be possible.

International Orders

International availability and costs are shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, customs charges, or import requirements not collected during checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay or a delivered package cannot be located, check with household members and the carrier, then contact us through our contact page. We will help investigate.
